I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PSA Airlines (Washington, IN) in Dec 2015
Interview
The process wasn't what I expected. The entire group sat in front of a panel of flight attendants and HR for PSA. We had to step up in front of everyone and answer a question and then read a card regarding flight and safety information. I was offered a position but I have to wait to have my tattoo removed before I can start the complete hiring process. So if you have a tattoo be honest that is one of the face to face questions. They will not hire you if it is visible, mine is on my wrist.
Don't be nervous they were all very nice. My advice is Dress like a flight attendant or something very professional. I was very surprised by what some of the interviewees were wearing, they didn't make it to the one on one interview and I'm sure it was because of that, presentation is everything. Make sure you smile (my cheeks were frozen all weekend from smiling) and really focus on every person that stands before you when they speak. Good luck.
