Interview
First you sign in and are given a number. Once started, a video is shown and several recruiters speak on the ups and downs of the position. They do continually mention about how little money you will make, long hours away from family, you will miss any important occasions, etc. They ask anyone who feels that the position is not for them to dismiss themselves. We are then numerically placed into rows. One by one we introduce ourselves to the panel and are are asked one interview question, then recite an the announcement handed to us. We then took a break while the panel reviewed our answers. Candidates were called by number and were separated into 2 groups. The group called into the room were selected to move on in the process for one on one interviews and the rest were dismissed. At that point, we met with one recruiter to go over paperwork and then were called into the hallway, to interview with 3 recruiters, one at at time. After the final recruiter, we were told that we would be notified within 1-2 weeks.
