I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PSA Airlines (Charlotte, NC) in Jan 2015
Interview
Very organized and most arrived early. At 8:15 a.m. I arrived for a 9 a.m. start time and I was 61. They only allow 100 applicants in. They begin with how much you will make the first year and if you can't live on that you should reconsider. Only one person left after that. We took a break and systematically went before the panel. After 99 of us did this we broke for "lunch." The PSA staff eliminated all but 30. 1 of the 30 did not return after the lunch break so 29 were given interviews. I was one of them. 3 of u over 59. So age is not really a factor.
