Digital interview was quicker than I expected, and the phone interview was almost a month 1/2 from the Digital interview, process was very easy and questions asked were general customer service questions.

After I applied 02/27/20, I received an email on 02/28 requesting phone interview. We scheduled it for the same day. After that I was scheduled for my onsite interview to take place on 03/02/20. Offer same day by phone. Background process started 03/03 and cleared 03/11 Training starts 3/16.
