I received a call from them and they set up a preparatory interview which was very easy and they were friendly and easy to talk to. They contacted me for 2 more interviews of which the final one was with the inline manager .
Series of interview rounds, they ask a bunch of questions about your interests and problems you've solved. They are very understanding and patient and also inform you of how their program works
