Preliminary phone interview with HR prior set-up of face-to face interview with Department manager. The both interviews have a short conversation in English for testing communication skill. During second interview stage there was also written test( letter and basic English knowledge) and also some medical docs provided by line manger that were discussed to assess the understanding .
