Interview
The selection process consists of three interviews. The first is an introductory interview in English with HR. The second is a very technical interview in English with the Principal Biostatistician and the chief. The third is a purely bureaucratic-administrative interview, in which the contract and the work itself at the location of interest are discussed.

- Education and training; - Experience with SAS; - Explanation of the statistical methods used in the development of the thesis project and how they were implemented in SAS; - Poisson random variable and resolution of the overdispersion problem; - Known SAS procedures; - Survival analysis: known methods and models; - Phases of clinical trials; - What is a CRO?
Three interviews overall: a technical interview with the Biostatistics line manager, an interview with the LATAM manager, and an interview with HR. The process did not take too long. The technical interview was conducted in English.
