The second stage was an online interview with the user and a company director. The director didn't ask any questions and abruptly left the interview after approximately 20 minutes. 4. The third stage was a case study, requiring 4 presentations about their company products and a handwritten essay about myself. After receiving a few days to complete the tasks, I heard no further updates from HR for two weeks after submission. 5. The fourth stage was presenting the case study to the user and their associate. This hour-long session took place at their head office. 6. I sent two follow-up texts to HR within two weeks requesting updates but received no response. Overall, I consider the experience negative and would not recommend it to others seeking to be treated with respect throughout the hiring process.
