Normal HRD process. I did a little IQ test, emotional test, case study. And then interviewed by the HRD. User Interview with my Manager and General Manager. And then they gave me an offering by phone and email and we discussed the salary further.

First I apply through the company website. After 5 days, I was called for a test and interview. There are IQ test, accounting test and interview with HR. All of these tests were held in the same day. Then, the HR person asked me to wait for another interview with user.
