There was an initial screening interview by telephone that was set up via email. It took about 15 minutes and she informed me about the residency program and general information about the company. Then I had another interview with a district manager the following week, again by telephone. Everyone was very nice and professional. Telephone calls were prompt and informative. They left plenty of room for me to ask questions.

The interview process was pleasant and not intimidating. I did a meet and greet with the team and went out to lunch with the clinical manager. Everything was pretty nonchalant. I was able to talk to the clients, as well as the other therapists there to gain their opinions of the company.
