It is professional but meanwhile you can feel that big Corp is letting more candidates in at every phase of the interview. It’s understandable that they want to choose the perfect candidate and big Corp has the leading position to do what they want. But it is still disappointed to see the position that I am at the phase interviewing with department manager showed up again on recruiting websites. No clear recruiting period till they find who they want the most.
