The interview process was in the order
1. Group Discussion
2. Aptitude
3. HR interview
One peculiar thing I noticed was that in GD they selected individuals who talked minimum i.e those who gave each and every member a chance to talk. Unlike other GDs where the one's with strong pointers were selected.
