Horrible!! I started interviewing in early May. I had several interviews thereafter. I believe I interviewed all the way up until October, I met with the Director. They assured me that I was a top candidate and they were looking to hire me. I took so much time off from my job at the time since the commute was a little over an hour & the interviewing sessions were very long. I remember one of my sessions ended after 4:00pm. I was so thrilled and thought I almost had the job. They informed me in November after numerous follow up attempts. How can you ghost a “top-strong candidate”? I hope their interviewing process is much better than what I experienced.
