Question 1
Interview was first an HR person, then a secondary at Oak River with other engineers. They look over your transcript, and ask a technical question followed by a tour. The technical question asked you to design a process to automate some machinery using whatever sensors and robots you wanted.

Interview
Applied online via University job site, went in for one long interview with a project manager/engineer and the head of the mechanical department. This interview involved a comprehensive site tour. Came back for a second set of interviews; one with another project manager/engineer and one with the president of the company. These interviews were much shorter.
