Pretty basic interview process. I sent in a resume and a cover letter. Received a response pretty quickly and went in to their headquarters in Oakdale for the interview. It was an easy going interview, seemed more personal than others i have experienced. It seemed like the interviewer was trying to understand my personality and my thinking process over the content of my answers, so keep that in mind.
