I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Pace Analytical (Minneapolis, MN) in Jun 2012
Interview
I know someone who worked there. My interview was very brief and semi formal.
Neutral experience
Easy interview
Application
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Pace Analytical (Williamsport, PA) in Aug 2020
Interview
I had a brief phone conversation with someone from HR and she set me up with an interview two days later. I interviewed, toured the lab and met some of the other staff, and learned what all was done there/processes for the job. I received a call from HR and then an offer letter via email five days after the phone screening. I declined because for the level of technicality required for the position and my background, the pay rate was way, WAY too low. I'm disappointed because the people seemed fantastic and the position was exciting but it would have barely been enough to pay for my house each month.
