3 interviews: recruiter, then manager, then client. Very straight forward process. Took over 2 months between the recruiter and the manager interview, then a few weeks between the manager and client interview. Offer was received the next day.

There's a basic phone interview where you just answer questions about your resume. Then there's an onsite interview with Pace Analytical. Those questions are also pretty typical background questions. You will get asked specific questions about how you organize things, how well you multitask, how well you work in a team, and how good you are with Excel and computers. After answer questions about you, they'll give you the general overview of Pace Analytical and what they do. The there's a final interview with the client you'll be working with through Pace Analytical. The position I interviewed for had a lot of turnover, so I got asked questions about how I would handle that. The rest was just being personable and it was pretty easy.
