There are three major steps in the interview process. First is a 30-minute phone interview with a team member from their internal HR team. After that, they’ll ask you to complete a 4 part content block to demonstrate your copywriting skills. If they are impressed they will schedule a virtual interview with the Hiring Manager and his reporting manager. If you make it to the third interview you will have an on-site interview consisting of 3 separate panel interviews with a various different department heads. This role interacts with quite a few different departments and they want to get an idea for how you’ll work with one another. Everyone was very nice and friendly, however the VP of Digital Strategy asked all technical questions and it was clear that he held the cards. Overall, they have a great team but they seem to have overly high expectations for a role only paying 50k a year. This role might open you up to other opportunities but seems like more trouble than it’s worth.
