Pacific Gas and Electric Engineer Rotation Leadership Program interview questions

I had an on-campus interview. They asked the typical STAR-based questions. They also asked how I would see myself fit into the company. At the end, I was told that I would hear back from them with a response within 2-3 weeks, but I have yet to hear anything after 2 months. I even called the HR that interviewed me 3 weeks ago and he said I should hear something back by the end of that week...
