Process took about 2 months and had 7 interviews - Recruiter screen, Hiring Manager, Case Study assessment, 3 different 1:1s with stakeholders and teammates (some could be individual panels), present case study to manager’s manager in person . It was very thorough and was a combination of behavioral and situational questions mostly focused on role expectations and cultural fit. Everyone I interviewed with were kind and respectful. Process is extremely long but they are responsive throughout the process. I’ll recommend giving more than your best in every process. Be flexible, dress to impress, submit case studies earlier than expected and look for ways to stand out as it is highly competitive.
