Was asked to fly to San Ramon to meet with hiring manager on my own dime, didn't cover any expenses, told I had to had to drive from San Francisco to San Ramon after I arrived in San Francisco and had to pay for the costs.

The interview process was rather engaging. I sat with there others from my leadership team for a about two hours of open dialogue. The atmosphere was welcoming and the currently team members were extremely polite. I actually accepted the job at the end of the interview. My current boss offered me the job after describing how I could assist the team
