Interview
Digital interview. 30 seconds to look at question, 2 min max answering time. About 6 questions. Overall a fast and efficient process. There is a redo button, but best not to use that feature a lot since the employer can probably see how many times you redo.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pacific Gas and Electric (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2018
Interview
After like 1 month of sending the application I received the email where they requested me to record a video and answer 6 questions. At the email they just gave instructions on how to prepare the place and surroundings, but don't give you an idea of the topics the would ask about.
When starting to record the video, they give the first question, allow like 20-30seconds to get prepared and then 2 minutes to record the answer. It is possible to record multiple times the answer for each question, they don't advice if however is possible you must not do it. So, since it was possible and I'm not a youtuber to record at first shot my best answer to fill in the 2 mins, I recorded more than once each question.
Don't know more about the process because they didn't continue my application. Can't tell if recording more than once influenced somehow, make your own conclusion.
