I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pacific Gas and Electric (San Francisco, CA) in Sep 2016
Interview
I submitted my resume, and four days later I was contacted by a recruiter to set up a phone screening interview. Phone screening was conducted that same day, very informal. Two days later I was called asking for my availability to schedule an onsite panel interview. The onsite interview was with two Directors, and two managers. I was asked situational questions, and encouraged to use the STAR method. Three days later I was offered the position. I'd say my process was fairly quickly which I understand is not normal process.
