There was an initial phone screening process. A person called in the evening to discuss my interest with PG&E, my future career goals, and a few of my qualifications. 2-3 weeks later I was called to come in for a formal interview. The interview itself was comprised of 4 separate interviews (2 people in each), an excel test and a ppt presentation that I had to submit before the interview. For the ppt, I had to review the annual report and their corporate responsibility report. I did not have to do a presentation in the interview. The interview itself lasted for almost 5 hours with 1 20min break that I spent talking to one of the interviewers. The interview questions were a mix of behavioral and company-based, and multiple people asked the same questions. I did not receive an offer and after all of that work, i was sent an automatic no-reply email. Not the best personal relations.
