Interview
There is a phone interview, which is about 1 hour. The questions for phone interview were mainly about academic background and research experiences.
A one day on site interview were scheduled after the phone interview. The on site interview include a 1-1.5 hour presentation. After the presentation, I talk with multiple staffs one by one.

Interview
1st round phone screening with several engineers, and most of them also attend the 2nd round panel interview.
1st round: half hour. Mainly ask about my background, working experience, research interests. All people are very nice. Being informed of attending 2nd round panel interview several hours later.
2nd round: 3 hours. First meet with my future group manager for half hour. Then do presentation and QA for 1hour. Then panel interview for 1 hour, and hr close-out talk for half hour.
The panel has over 10 engineers on the interview list. They are all friendly and very interested in my research interests. The questions are not difficult to answer. It is a very positive feedback.
Receive an oral from HR three days later.

1. first interview: phone screening for 30 minutes
2. second interview: panel interview for 30 minutes
3. final interview of 3 panels, a personal presentation, and HR interview. The personal presentation covered my research topic and 5 minutes break the ice personal information. You will get various technical and personal questions regarding your previous work and experience.

Submitted online application, about 4 weeks later had a phone interview. The phone interview took about 1 hour, they asked lots of questions mostly about my previous works and experience. After 45 minutes I answered, they gave me a chance to ask them my questions.
