I applied online, which then progressed to a prescreening by HR. I then had a series of interviews that lasted a few hours total, with a break in the middle: an online interview with a high-level supervisor (where it was confirmed that I was not applying for an entry-level role, and that although there's room to advance if one takes the initiative, many employees happily remain at my anticipated job level for their entire tenure), and next an online interview with a mix of several pertinent employees. They cycled around to ask me a string of technical and "soft skills" questions. I then had a brief concluding interview with HR. Afterward, my application was denied. I asked for feedback and was told that some of the interviewers felt I didn't answer all of their questions; this, despite me regularly asking at the end of each of my answers, "Does this answer your question"?
