The interview process began with an HR screening call where I was asked about my background, visa status, and interest in PNNL. A week later, I had a virtual panel interview with researchers and safety engineers. They asked both technical questions related to construction safety practices and behavioral questions using the STAR method. The interview lasted around 45 minutes. They emphasized knowledge of OSHA/DOE regulations and asked about experience with field data collection, risk assessments, and collaboration o
