I replied to post on my university website giving my information and a list of laboratory classes I had taken. I was called about a month and a half later and given a brief phone interview asking me basic information about my experience and my major. I was told I would be interviewed again after submitting a formal application to the program. I Submitted the application and was never interviewed again but told I got the position.
