I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (Richland, WA) in Sep 2021

Interview

Two rounds of interview: First round interview is with my potential advisor and a group leader. Both were very nice. The advisor started first by introducing current projects in the group. Next, I gave a brief presentation about my research. The rest is just follow up questions and my questions about the group. The second round of interview included ten personal meetings and a seminar. In overall, it was a nice experience. The whole process was quite long though, it took 3 months since I got contacted by an HR to I got an offer.
