Each individual I spoke to was nice and seemed helpful, but there was never follow-up. Huge red flag. They refused to reveal details about pay for the position on three separate occasions. The initial conversation with the hiring manager I was told I'd need to speak to "HR" and he'd put in a note for them to contact me. They never did. A reminder from me to his administrative assistant resulted in being told that information is "not revealed" until after the next round of interviews. After the hour long group zoom interview with 5-6 individuals, I simply never heard back. They ghosted me entirely with my app still pending in the system 5+ months later. No email, no phone, no text. Just nothing. I felt my time was entirely wasted dealing with this organization. Poor reflection on what should be a premier institution in the United States.
