Applied online. Received an email after two weeks to schedule a 30 min screening interview with two scientists. After scheduling, I received another email to fill out two documents for detailed screening. Screening interview was regular, asking about PhD work, research interests and why applying to the job, etc. One scientist was late for about 15 min and was clearly not interested and looked bored from the start. The interview went for about 50 minutes. I think I did well answering all questions and showing skills, but never heard back even after a kind follow up email. I guess I was ghosted, which is quite unprofessional in my opinion. It's the only company that I had such a negative experience so far (uninterested and bored interviewer and ghosting HR).
