Received a call about two days after applying. Guy on the phone seemed nice and set up an interview for the next day. I arrived at 9:27 for my 9:30 interview but sat there for twenty minutes waiting for the guy to come out. I was at the point of leaving when he finally showed up. We go in his office and he proceeds to babble for nearly and hour and a half about anything and everything, including some borderline racist remarks. I got the impression that the place was run by ex-frat boys, and that the culture is to shut up and do as your told. On the plus side, they offered excellent benefits - some of the best I've heard of for a sales job. I ultimately could not justify the excellent pay and benefits by sacrificing my standards and self respect so I declined to follow up. Money doesnt buy happiness.
