The process started with about a 30 min phone interview with a recruiter to get to know me, and for me to learn a little bit more about the position. An in-person interview was scheduled from there. At the interview, we reviewed some of what we talked about during the phone interview, plus a few more in-depth questions. From reading reviews prior, I knew there was a personality assessment, but I didn't realize it was a packet full that required hand-written answers. And fairly deep, well thought out answers I might add, which was fine with me, it just took quite a while. I turned in my packet and left. I felt like it went well, and although I wasn't certain I would accept the job if it was offered, I was excited to hear back. It's been one month and I've heard nothing. I would at least expect a rejection email, considering I spent 2.5 hours of my time doing the interview process. I also just noticed the job I interviewed for was posted again on LinkedIn as "high priority." Of course rejection isn't fun, but not hearing anything at all might be worse.
