I had an interview experience with Pacific Office Automation that left me disappointed due to several unprofessional aspects. Initially, I was informed that $28/hour would be the reasonable starting point for my background in my initial interview, but after undergoing a two-hour assessment test in a later date, I was later told the starting range would be $21-22/hour. This significant change in the pay range, especially after the time and effort invested felt extremely misleading. Additionally, during both visits for my interviews, the front desk associate seemed unaware of my scheduled interviews, which contributed to an unorganized and unwelcoming first impression. While I understand interviews can vary, I believe candidates deserve respect for their time and accurate information.
