Took about a day to contact for an interview after I submitted my resume. Interview was very laid back and getting to know you. She asked question about my skills and what I did at my previous job.

Interview
It took about a week to hear back after applying - went in for an interview with the corporate recruiter. It took about an hour and it was a very casual interview. She asked about what I did after high school and what I did at my current position, but aside from that we mostly just chatted.
Afterwards I had to take an hour long personality test, and when I was leaving she expressed that she thought I'd be a good fit for the position.
One week later I emailed her to check in and I received a generic rejection email in reply. I can only assume the personality test plays a large part in their hiring process because I felt the interview went very well.
Seemed very impersonal to receive an email rejection after having an hour long conversation with her.
