I was initially contacted by their Corporate Recruiter and interviewed within 5 days. My initial interview consisted of speaking with the corporate recruiter and answering questions about my life and why I thought I'd be a good fit. They had me take (essentially) a personality test which was rather long and took about an hour to complete. After 10 days, I got a call to come in for a 2nd interview to meet with the IT Manager. We spoke about the position and my experience. We also spoke about potentially filling a different job that had just been opened due to an employee unexpectedly leaving. At the time I applied, I was already employed. The POA position's salary was far below what I was currently getting paid and I gave the impression I was not interested because they would not be able to increase the salary. I confirmed that I would no longer be pursing the position the following Monday. Later that week, I received a call back for a 3rd interview for the other position we had discussed. I accepted this interview and spoke with another manager as well. They were all incredibly nice and intelligent people. Upon finding out what this position would entail, I had further questions that needed to be answered. After sending these questions on via email, I received the answers to which I was rather surprised. I had additional questions based on those answers and sent them off via email again. I then received a call later that week and was told that "they thought I was not a good fit at this time." Apparently when you ask questions about the job your life will be consumed by, this company gets the impression that you are incapable of doing the job. On my last call with POA, I had asked for an official offer with specifics on the title and pay and never heard back. It has now been nearly two weeks since that final call.
