The interview was a very straightforward easy interview, they like people with energy and sales experience. Also a knowledge of the brands they carry and whats in is a major benefit.

Interview was in-person and with the store manager. The interview was fairly short and to the point. There was also time for me to ask questions. The manager shared with me the tasks and responsibilities around the store and introduced me to the other employees. He also shared with me store policies and benefits of being an employee with PacSun.
