I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pacific Sunwear (Savannah, GA) in Mar 2015
Interview
The interview process includes 2 or 3 separate interviews. First there is an interview with the Store Manager. If successful, you will go through a panel interview which basically means that you jump on a conference call with 2 other store managers and they collectively ask you questions about why you are interested and about your experience and position knowledge. The panel interview was very formal and relatively dry. Once the questions ended, we got off of the phone call and I was told that I might have a quick interview with the District Manager via FaceTime. I actually ended up meeting the DM in the store, so I never had to jump on FaceTime.

The supervisor was very sweet, friendly, and approachable. I was able to comprehend the intensity of the job while understanding that he truly wants the best for his employees. The interview was held in a very casual setting, making the interview easier to conduct.
