I interviewed with the recruiter for the role. It was pretty straightforward-discussed the role and what the ideal candidate looked liked. I was advised I would hear from the recruiter within the week in regards to next steps. Never heard from the recruiter, so I followed with her via LinkedIn(that was the only way to communicate with her) and she advised to put time on her calendar “again” to discuss next steps. The day of the call, she started explaining the role to me like we had never spoken. When I advised we had spoken and I was following up in regards to the next steps in the interview process, she let me know she was confused as to why we were speaking. She then went on to say that someone was having their final interview that day and if they did not get the job she would follow up with me. Extremely unprofessional!

I interviewed with the recruiter for the role. It was very standard - she talked about the role itself, what they're looking for, and asked me about my experience and background, what qualified me for the role, etc. Overall, it was pretty unprofessional. They moved me on to the "project" portion which consisted of 5 questions. I turned it in...and never heard back. I even followed up and have heard nothing since. Felt as though they were using my answers to their own benefit.
