I went in looking for a seasonal job, asked one of the group leads if they were hiring. They told me only for seasonal part-time associates. A few days later they called and asked if I could come in for a group Interview with about 3 other people. Wore clothes I bought from PacSun, prepared myself with looking for questions on what retail companies ask during interviews. Came 15 minutes early to show I responsible and on-time, really makes a difference in comparison to the other interviewees.
