There was literally no process. It took HQ a few weeks to get back to me after submitting my resume, which is standard in retail. However, the recruiter was unprofessional, she was extremely difficult to reach. We finally were able to schedule a set time and date. Already having a full time position, I left my office to wait for her call, so I waited for 5 minutes, 10, 15 after 20 minutes (in my car, in the middle of summer mind you) I headed back to work. She then called me almost 40 minutes late apologizing and asking to reschedule. I was upset because I left work and made sure to plan my work day for the interview and the recruiter obviously didn't. I didn't respond back to her voicemail and decided to do a quick search on glassdoor about company culture and read other sad, sad, screening and hiring process' taking place. I'm not sure if they have an intern working as recruiters or some super basics, but I hope the company knows that there's formal education and training programs for people in HR. After reading some of the reviews I decided to forgo the hiring process and I was offered a position else where. However, I think the company should be weary who they hire as gate keepers, it's sad that hiring managers won't meet some fully qualified candidates due to the screening process.
