I was called to confirm my interview availability. I was told it would be a group interview. I came in dressed in clothes I'd purchased at the store a few seasons ago, but they were still on-trend. I was introduced to the manager and told to pick out an outfit, and the group would convene shortly. After choosing an outfit, the group discussed each person's picks and thought process.
Pretty easy, had me practice making an outfit on the sales floor. Pretty basic interview questions about your experience with sales, risk management, and customer service. I did not end up taking the job because it was only offered as seasonal

Very casual interview. They really want to see your personality and how you’re able to communicate. Questions were asked such as why you want to work there, describe a little about yourself, etc. plus they’ll have you create an outfit from the sales floor.
