Recruiter reached out to schedule a phone screen and scheduled something for a couple days later. After 15 minutes of waiting for the recruiter to call at the scheduled time, I emailed them to inquire about our scheduled call. A few minutes later, I get a phone call but the reception was spotty and the call got dropped. I waited a couple minutes for the recruiter to call back but ended up calling them back after a few minutes of waiting -- they did not pick up the phone. I then emailed them to follow up and still have not received any response. This was a TERRIBLE experience and my first impression with this company was not great!
