I was part of a group interview- it took place in the back of house area. The managers interviewing were super nice, upbeat, and fun. For sales associate there’s only one interview. They definitely sought out anyone who was easy-going, personable, and talkative but not annoying.

Why do you want to work here? How have you contributed to a team environment in work/school/sports? How would/have you resolved a situation where someone else wasn’t pulling their weight in a group setting? And weirdly, do you like cats or dogs?
Pretty easy, had me practice making an outfit on the sales floor. Pretty basic interview questions about your experience with sales, risk management, and customer service. I did not end up taking the job because it was only offered as seasonal

Clothing and style preferences and schedule preferences
Very casual interview. They really want to see your personality and how you’re able to communicate. Questions were asked such as why you want to work there, describe a little about yourself, etc. plus they’ll have you create an outfit from the sales floor.
