After being contacted by a recruiter, I was scheduled with a phone screen with the client account manager for Microsoft. He asked me about my job history and asked for my self rating from the client's JD. About a week later, I was invited for a F2F interview at the Redmond Pactera's office. I was expecting someone from Microsoft to be there. Instead, I had a phone interview with the Microsoft Team's manager who asked me about my job history. It was rather a short call (and extremely easy for me - I was thinking too easy and too short, so I did not know if I aced it or really blew it). A week later, Pactera made me an offer for a six month contract which I accepted. A month later, after completing the first contract, I was asked to come back for another contract at Microsoft which I accepted - there was no interview process for this one.
