Interview process was quite informal and relaxed with affable interviewers. Knowledge of the sport and numerical and odds related questions were asked. Demonstrating an understanding of odds and their relation to probability is required. Also an insight into the companies culture and brand identity is sought after.

Terrible interview, people interviewing are so rude and never provide the salary despite asking on a number of times. Got offered a position but it was at a significantly less figure than I made clear in my cover letter .

Interview
Short phone interview followed by an in person interview which took place at the office in clonskeagh. In person interview involved calculating odds from a given scenario. Phone interview was very casual, more a conversation.
It was a relaxed interview with easy going traders, made me feel very comfortable from the get go , never felt under pressure from the questions and it went very well , enjoyable and was very happy with the overall process.
