Was a two part process, first it was a telephone interview and if tgat was successful then you are invited to a face fo face interview, which was relaxed for because i am a very confident person and interviews dont bother me. The interviewer asked some irrelevant question i think!

Hiring process was interesting with an initial Video Interview to be recorded and sent by a deadline. Then the face to face interview, First with two managers one from the training department and the other, the Department manager. The atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly and the interview took a conversational path. The second face to face interview was with the department manager and one of the peer Team Leads, much the same as before with a little more in depth Team Lead based scenarios,
