Interview
Two short phone screens. First was with an internal recruiter and the second was with my prospective manager. Then they brought me to the office for a day of interviews. There were a mix of more formal interviews as well as informal discussions. The formal interviews were both technical and product focussed and involved working through specific scenarios and answering questions about them. The informal discussions were about getting to know me and for me to meet some of my prospective teammates. Overall the process was comprehensive but fair and enjoyable.

I don't feel right sharing specific questions or details of the scenarios, but any smart product person with a reasonable understanding of technology, technical constraints on product solutions, pricing and packaging, product market fit, UX design, and agile software development will have no problem with the interviews.

Interview
Written application, followed by video call with to-be manager, then video call with an engineering lead. I found the conversations open ended and fun. We discussed Pagerduty in general but no expectation for a nuanced understanding of the company itself. No analytical test questions.
