****They are not looking for diversity in their teams****
As I applied online, A day later I received a call from a recruiter that did a 20-minute screening interview and then a recruitment coordinator sent an email to set up a video call with the Hiring Manager. After that, they called me to the office where I spent almost 3 hours. I had to learn their software and do a discovery/demo presentation that lasted one hour.
One of the reasons I decided to apply at PD was a few videos of their CEO, who clearly states that diversity is very important at PD, but either the process is broken or they are just not clear who they want to hire. Most certainly, they are not looking for diversity in their teams and definitely not an equal opportunity hiring company. If you have worked or interviewed at SFDC expect to have a similar interview experience as they hired sales leaders from SFDC. Every person that interviewed me (total of four) told me that I was a good fit, however, one of them actually said: “like another manager says...they would rip me apart behind my back after I leave.”
Three days later the recruiter called to say the Hiring Manager decided to hire another candidate and I noticed the role is still open and they had two different territories.
