      I interviewed at PagerDuty

      Overall, initial conversation was ok. I was not prepared to answer behavioral questions with the recruiter as I thought it would be more a conversation to learn more about the role itself. The only thing that was concerning is that the recruiter did not want to share the salary range. I had to share MY range first and then the recruiter told me if my range was within the company’s range. In short, the salary range was not shared with me. I believe CA employment law states that employee must disclose the pay range if the candidate asks.

      Can’t recall any specific question, but was asked 3 behavioral questions in the initial phone screen.
      Answer question
